This top I have not worn in at least two years, these pants still have the tags on them (they were a bit tight and now they are a bit loose — go figure) and it has been at least 2 years since I have worn these shoes. Why do we do this? Wear the same things over and over and forget all about all of that other stuff. Do I just have too many clothes? (maybe but I am not going to admit that), I mean we need to wear clothes everyday right?

I really like these pants! I'm actually a closet purger, if I haven't worn it in a season, I get rid of it. I'm trying to make better purchases so I want to keep things longer, but I think I just get bored.

I organize my closet frequently because I'm always afraid I'm going to forget about something. And I still miss a few pieces now and then! Admittedly, I may have too many clothes but as you said, we have to wear clothes every day! :)

I do the same thing! I think part of it is having too many clothes, and the other part is just liking certain items in our closets more than others. I definitely have the pieces I reach for over and over! Love the trousers - they definitely shouldn't stay hidden ;)

Those peep toe shoes are really cute! Sometimes I'll do the same thing with letting clothes sit on my closet but it's usually because it doesn't really fit right or I decide later on I don't like the item.
