Planning your Outfits

How do you plan your outfits? I doubt if I am the only one who picks say this new green magnetic bracelet (I bought for my Store but decided to buy one for myself as well) and works the entire outfit around a bracelet. Please tell me I am not the only one who does this. Sometimes it is shoes a shirt or pants but then I get a new bracelet and I want to wear it so I work around it.

    I generally just grab a clean pair of jeans. The top depends on the weather. If it's chilly, I'll grab one of my favourite long sleeve striped cozy tops. That being said, I really do need to plan my outfits better! :)

    What a lovely sweater ... I love big watches too. I always sport this Pink Guess one I got a few years ago. And to be honest, we just got Target in Canada and I was a bit weary about what they'd sell ... but they have a lot of cute clothing and accessories.

    I tend to work my outfits mostly around shoes, mainly because they determine what kind of activity I'll be doing (Am I going to be on my feet doing work? Walking a lot? Sitting down most of the day?). Sometimes I focus the outfit around tops or bottoms and occasionally jewelry. It always helps to have somewhere to start!

    It varies for me. Whatever I really want to wear... then build an outfit around it.

    You're not the only one Pia, I promise. I do that all the time, base my outfits around a certain item. Great outfit today and that bracelet is perfect with the outfit.

    I can tend to plan around new pieces I want to wear, and if not that, I usually start with the statement piece of the outfit (printed shirt, skirt, etc) and build around it.

    You are not alone. Often times I work outfits around pants, shoes, shirts, or purses. Love the bracelet.

    I plan my outfits around all kinds of silly things. Even just a ring! The outfit suits the bracelet here very nicely :-)

    You are not alone Pia! I think we all do that.....plan an outfit around one piece...be it shoes, skirt, accessories, etc. I find it easier that way...vs starting with a blank canvas! You're wearing my favorite color!! Love the top and bracelet:)!

    I love your sweater. I have never styled an outfit around a bracelet but I bought several new bracelets this summer and wore most of them different times whether they 'matched' or not. I have styled around a necklace, a scarf or shoes however.
