Superbowl

Anyone that knows me knows that I am not a "Sporty" girl. I did play soccer growing up but it ended once I hit my teenage years and would much rather be at the shopping mall with my friends than sweating somewhere on a field. Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of being on a team and participating but somehow I never managed to find my perfect sport. When I got married I inherited my husbands favourite football team "The Cowboys". I love going to the games (mostly for the company of good friends, the atmosphere and the travel). I still am not quite sure how the game of football works.
Yesterday we were invited to a friends house for the Superbowl. I decided to wear my "Sporty" look. My husband informed me on our way out "You do know that the Cowboys are not playing right" Of course I knew they weren't playing (not sure who was but knew they weren't). This is my Sporty look I told him. He approved.
We had a great time, the women and children amused themselves and the men watched the game.
