Ice Storm

Well, we have survived this ice storm. Stayed close to home yesterday since our driveway was pretty much an ice rink. Its back to work today so hopefully some of it has melted and the roads will be ok. I must say as much as I hate winter (probably more than any other person alive) there is something very beautiful about everything covered in ice. I even added a pic of our from/backyard. Pretty stunning.

  1. I'm with you on the winter hate, but have to agree that at the very least, it makes for some gorgeous landscaping. I really enjoyed browsing through your outfits page...it's fun to see your style compiled in that way and there are lots of great looks for outfit inspiration!

  2. The photo of the ice is gorgeous but yeah, it is so dangerous. I hope you made it to work safely!

  3. I saw this on Insta last night and thought it was so pretty! I'd have to agree with you - winter is a dud of a season but admittedly, snow is always so gorgeous. Just as long as it's the first or second day - after that, everything turns a tad bit ugly! :)

  7. I love that sweater and used to have a similar color-blocked one in those colors by The Limited.

You can send some of your snow to us. That last photo is great and looks like a post-card.
